Changing How Disability
Support ShouldFeel

Where your compassion meets purpose and every day makes a genuine difference

Why Work With Us

Why Support Workers Choose Us (And Stay)

Forget everything you know about working in disability support.

At Caring Supports, you won’t be rushed through fifteen-minute care visits or treated like just another roster number. You won’t find yourself working for managers who’ve never been on the floor, or dealing with constantly changing participants every shift.

Instead, you’ll build genuine relationships with participants who become familiar faces. You’ll have the time to actually care, not just complete tasks. You’ll work for a family-owned provider where Catherine, our founder and former Local Area Coordinator, still knows every team member by name. Where your ideas matter, your wellbeing counts, and your growth is actively supported.

Our 60% participant retention rate since day one tells you something important: when support is genuine, everyone stays – participants and support workers alike.

Where "Family-Owned" Actually Means Something

Step into our office and you’ll immediately feel the difference. This isn’t a corporate care factory. It’s a workplace where morning conversations happen over actual coffee, where Catherine knows if you’re having a tough week, and where celebrating participant victories is part of the daily routine.

We’re proud of our Irish heritage values of genuine welcome – what Catherine’s grandmother called “céad míle fáilte” (a hundred thousand welcomes). This shapes everything from how we onboard new team members to how we support each other through challenges.
