Living with a psychosocial disability doesn’t mean giving up on your goals or connections. Our psychosocial supports help you build confidence, develop life skills, and foster meaningful community connections, all at your pace and on your terms.
Founded by a former Local Area Coordinator who saw too many participants treated as numbers rather than people, Caring Supports emerged from a simple belief: disability support should be about genuine care, not corporate profits.
Six years on, we’re still that family-owned team in Western Sydney who answers the phone when you call, remembers your preferences, and celebrates your victories, big and small. Our mission remains unchanged: delivering participant-centred support that honours your independence whilst providing the assistance you need.

Our Promise
There's always room for one more at our table
What this means for you
From our family to yours, this promise has guided us for six years. It’s why participants stay. It’s why support workers become familiar faces. It’s why hospitals trust us with their patients.
You'll never be just a number
Your story matters, your voice is heard, and your place is always set
Complex needs won’t turn us away
We make room for challenges others might avoid
Families are partners, not visitors
Pull up a chair, you’re part of the care team
Support that grows with you
As your needs change, our table simply grows bigger
Because at Caring Supports, there's always room for you
